Happy Food commenced its operations in July 2001. The principal activity of the company is making ‘Halal’ Hong Kong style Dim Sum, Desserts, “Four Season” Hot Dishes, Moon Cakes, ‘Wantan’ Noodle, Chicken Rice Chili sauses, Sweet & Sour Plum Sauces, Yong Tau Foo & Sauces and etc.
The operations and production of the company are handled by Chef Benny Yiu, who was formerly the Dim Sum Chef of a chinese restaurant in Concorde Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.
With almost 50 years of experience in the food industry, Chef Benny is an expert in food management, preparation, stringent quality control and packaging.
